Hi, I’m Savanna! My passion for wellness began with my own health journey.
At 13, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Doctors told me that steroids and NSAIDs were my only options, but deep down, I knew there had to be another way. It wasn’t until I began seeing a nutritionist and started making mindful shifts in my diet and lifestyle that I finally began to feel better. Addressing the root causes of my illness empowered me to improve my health, and now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
I believe that true wellness is about more than just food—it’s about nourishing your whole self. That's why I decided to pursue an education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and become a health coach! My mission is to support you in overcoming obstacles, finding balance, and stepping into the healthiest, most vibrant version of you.
